All my programmes are tailored made and are created around you and your needs. One off appointments are an option but I would recommend a minimum of 2 or 3 consultations.

Initially we would start with a free phone consultation to introduce ourselves and establish your health concerns. And to ensure nutritional therapy is the best route for you to take and to make sure I’m the right therapist for you.
You would then be sent a nutritional questionnaire and an average food diary to complete and return it before our first consultation.

First Consultation (60 – 90 minutes on average)

Here we will discuss your questionnaire, health goals and devise a suitable, approachable and practical nutritional programme tailored to your lifestyle. We would agree on meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and tools to support your goals.

Follow Up Consultation (45 minutes on average)

It’s recommended a follow up consultation 3 to 4 weeks after your initial consultation to review your progress, answer any questions or concerns you may have and if needed make the necessary adjustments to your programme.

Follow up Skype consultations also available.


I work closely with a personal trainer based in the Surrey area who offers tailor made coaching that can complement your nutritional programme.
