2 Chicken Breasts (Or any leftovers)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1-2 tsp Dried Parsley
1/4 tsp Dried Dill
75g 0% Total Yoghurt
100g Sour cream
20g Walnuts Roughly Chopped
20g Dried Cranberries Roughly Chopped
1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
In a bowl mix together the sour cream. yoghurt, lemon juice, parsley and dill until smooth and mixed well.
In another bowl shred the chicken, add the walnuts and cranberries, then fold in the creamy dressing adding salt and pepper to taste.
Eat straight away or chill for later and serve on you favorite bread, bagel or lettuce.
